The network of Outpatient Clinics is easily accessible and organized to ensure easy access to services, both physically in our centers and digitally with the Humanitas Con Te app, online bookings, report collection, and remote visits.

Humanitas offers Polimi community a 15% discount on private rates, applicable to all diagnostic services, specialist visits, and dental appointments, with the exception of doctors who do not participate in the agreements.

The discount is valid at the healthcare facilities listed in this attachment.

Employees are advised to compare the offer with the rates proposed by Polimi People Care - Insieme Salute to choose the most convenient option.

To get the discount you have to:

• download Humanitas voucher

• Call +39 02 8224 3838 to book and provide the discount code on the voucher

• Show the voucher (physical or virtual on a smartphone) and university badge on the day of the healthcare service.

Payment will be made directly to the user and must be made on the day of the healthcare service.
