Archive service
It is active at the Mail, Registration Office and Archive, the Archive service that manages the documentation of the Departments, within the document management of the University. The documents deposited in the archive are accessible only to administrative personnel, in relation to the completion of the related procedures.

Protocol
It is active at the Mail, Registration Office and Archive, the Protocol service that manages incoming correspondence (in paper and electronic format) for all areas of the central administration and for several departments of the University. The sector provides technical support to Titulus operators in daily protocol recording activities. It is possible to interact with the operators both by phone and by email.
