METID, the Politecnico di Milano Task Force for innovation in teaching methods, supports teachers with an ecosystem of resources, tools and activities, designed to make teaching more effective, engaging, and in sync with digital transformation. In this context, there is a special focus on the use of Artificial Intelligence in teaching, with training courses that help teachers explore its potential role in designing courses and making assessments.

One of the courses available from METID is entitled: "AI and education: new frontiers for teaching", and this covers:

• The new possibilities offered by Generative Artificial Intelligence for supporting learning
• Strategies for designing innovative courses by integrating AI tools
• Ways to carry out fair and effective assessments in an AI-enabled era
• A practical workshop where participants can directly experience the use of AI in teaching

To complete its range of teaching modules, METID has designed a special "Learning with AI" MOOC. This course is open to everyone and provides the tools and skills needed for understanding how AI can support and improve the learning experience.

By means of these pathways, METID helps teachers rethink their approach to teaching, by incorporating emerging technologies to create more innovative, accessible and inclusive learning experiences.
