Inspiration & Discovery of POLIMI Innovators is aimed at students and PhD candidates interested in exploring the potential of entrepreneurship within their professional path. This phase is intended to support an informed choice.
The programme includes individual and group guidance sessions, bootcamps, simulations, and opportunities to engage with entrepreneurs, startups, and innovative organisations. Activities are tailored to the participants’ level of study, with exploratory initiatives for Bachelor’s students and more targeted pathways for Master’s students and PhD candidates.
Networking and matchmaking initiatives are also envisaged to encourage the formation of entrepreneurial teams and connections between students and already active startups. Inspiration therefore represents the first structured step towards a possible advanced training path in entrepreneurship.
For researchers, there is also the opportunity to organise dedicated discussion sessions aimed at understanding the possible pathways for research valorisation. Through meetings with Technology Transfer Managers and Innovation Managers, research groups have the opportunity to explore the different ways in which their scientific results can generate impact, both in industry and in entrepreneurship.
