Energy procurement requires energy forecasting and optimisation systems to leverage system flexibility (energy prices, availability of batteries).

DOMOPTI has developed a monitoring (OPTIM-COACH) and management (OPTIM-ON) system for electrical components to minimise operating costs, reduce emissions and benchmark consumption against a reference benchmark.

The system displays real-time and cumulative consumption/production trends, emissions, associated costs and savings compared with a non-optimised solution.

Activities

Optim-Coach is a monitoring system that measures the instantaneous power of devices (photovoltaic system, batteries, electric vehicle charging stations, heat pumps), providing an overview of the user’s energy consumption, costs and environmental impact. The measurements can be used for energy audits and certifications.

OPTIM-ON manages the devices in order to minimise costs. Optimisation is performed based on electricity prices, taking into account the user’s needs and forecasting the production of the photovoltaic system.
