UNITAFRICA promotes cooperation between 21 Italian and 78 African universities through mobility, training and joint research. Bidirectional mobility in particular (WP3 - Innovative education for students and WP4 - Development of advanced skills) are central to the project, with approximately 590 mobility programmes planned for students, teachers and non-teaching staff. Within the framework of Politecnico di Milano’s activities, two mobility calls have been launched, aimed at strengthening the advanced skills of academic staff.

The video featured on this page presents the objectives of the initiative and the experiences gained during the week of in-person activities dedicated to the advanced course PyGreen – Python tools for the green transition, held from 12 to 20 January 2026 at the Bovisa La Masa Campus, with the participation of professors and early-career researchers from Italian and African universities.
