Collaborations

Internal collaborations

The CUG works in synergy with the Rectordelegates on Equal Opportunities and Sustainability issues and with the Equal Opportunities Unity. The CUG collaborates with all the university bodies and associations that deal with equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, workplace well-being and health. Noteworthy, CUG closely collaborates with:

  • The Listening and Work-related Distress Counselling Desk: It provides a support service on relational and organisational issues to those who feel discomfort in their workplace. The service guarantees utmost confidentiality and aims to identify strategies for improvement and problem resolution. The service is run by Dr Alice Fattori and Dr Cristina Cavalieri, external psychologists collaborating with POLIMI. Meetings can be scheduled by appointment, either in person (Building 10, Leonardo Campus) or online, every Wednesday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, by writing to: sportellodiascolto@polimi.it

  • The Confidential Counsellor
The Confidential Counsellor provides advice and assistance to anyone claiming to have been a victim of discrimination, mobbing, and sexual, moral, or psychological harassment. This is a professional external to the University, acting in full autonomy, with responsibilities including prevention, listening, information, and training, aimed at fostering an organisational climate that ensures equal dignity and freedom for faculty, technical-administrative staff, and students at POLIMI. All cases are handled with care, fairness, and the utmost confidentiality. The current Confidential Counsellor is lawyer Ilaria Li Vigni. To contact her and, if necessary, schedule a meeting (in person at Building 10, Leonardo Campus, or online), please send an e-mail to: consiglieradifiducia@polimi.it

External collaborations

Politecnico di Milano’s CUG joins the National Conference of the Guarantee Act Committees of the Italian Universities, actively taking part in the initiatives it organises (workshops, training courses and conferences on topics related to equal opportunities and to the fight against discrimination).
